Superfoods
There is much hype these days around various “superfoods” in the plant world. Superfoods are vibrant, nutritionally dense foods packed with healing potential. Because we are living in a global community, these foods, many of which are sourced from distant and remote locations, are now readily available to all. Superfoods are powerful sources of protein, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and antioxidants. Some examples include Maca, chia seed, acai berry, hempseed and Bee products. Here I share information on my favorite Superfoods which I use regularly:
Maca
